The MPW TeamNatalie Hale - CEO Natalie Hale as Founder, President and CEO of Media Partners Worldwide has been instrumental in the development of the company since 1997. Under Natalie's leadership, Media Partners Worldwide has grown from a one "woman" shop to a visible, competitive force on the direct response landscape. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s extensive account list. Recently, MPW has substantially grown it’s Remnant Radio Department and is one of the biggest buyers of radio for the Intellectual Property/Biz-Opp category. Previous to MPW, Ms. Hale worked for over fifteen years in radio broadcasting as a sales executive and sales manager for several Los Angeles radio stations, winning the President's Award while at KFWB-AM. Prior to radio Ms. Hale worked in the planning department at Chiat/Day Advertising and in the media buying department at Foote, Cone and Belding. Ms. Hale graduated from the University of California , Los Angeles with honors, receiving a degree in Communications Studies.
Edward Elliott – Chief Financial Officer Since 1997, Ed Elliott has worked as CFO of the internet marketing group for Media Partners Worldwide located in Long Beach, California. Ed has been instrumental in the development of internet advertising methodologies for lead generation and the development of internet based lead management and delivery systems. Prior to working with Media Partners Worldwide, Mr. Elliott had a private consultant practice specializing in turnaround management, mergers and acquisitions for small to medium sized companies. Mr. Elliott's extensive marketing and advertising background comes from eighteen years in radio broadcasting as a salesperson, sales manager, general manager, and five years as an owner and operator of six radio stations. Mr. Elliott is a graduate of the University of Western Colorado with a degree in Business Administration. Clint Gearheart – President & Chief Marketing Officer
Clint brings over twelve years of sales, marketing, and executive experience to the table maximizing his consultative approach to business. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales at O’Currance Teleservices where he directed all sales and new business development activities. There, he established himself as someone that can take internal and external business to the next level. With his incredible track record in sales, strong work ethic, and positive attitude, as President, Clint hopes to grow and expand MPW both internally and externally in every aspect – generating revenue and assets for the company while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence, as well as building an extraordinary team of industry professionals that are passionate in their field. Gearheart earned his Bachelors Degree from the University of Utah in Psychology. He has three awesome kids and a very loving and patient wife. Rose Mary Gudiel – Account Manager
Rose Mary Gudiel manages Media Partners Worldwide’s accounts throughout their entire lifecycle. Ms. Gudiel received her Bachelors in Business Administration from CSU – Los Angeles. Prior to joining MPW, Ms. Gudiel worked for a Spanish ad agency, gaining indispensable experience in direct response for the Hispanic Market. Rose demonstrates extensive knowledge and exhibits great dedication to all accounts. Whether she is booking orders, sending traffic, reviewing budgets and performance, or buying and managing radio campaigns, Ms. Gudiel ensures that only the very best results are achieved. Zal Fink - Marketing Consultant Zal Fink specializes in Direct-Response Group Co-ops, focusing on developing and managing lead generation programs through Broadcast Media.
Mr. Fink has an extensive background in Business Management Consulting and Broadcast Sales and Management. Most recently he was the Managing Director of one of the country’s oldest and largest small-businesses management consulting firms. Prior to that, he was the Chief of that company’s Business Analysis Group. Mr. Fink worked in radio broadcasting as a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Co-Op Director, and Station Manager in the Southern California market, and also owned a broadcast jingle production company. He has a degree in Broadcasting from Cal State Northridge.
Thomas Coolidge – Media Consultant Thomas Coolidge brings over 6 years of sales and marketing experience to the MPW Team. Before joining MPW, Mr. Coolidge worked with several telemarketing and remnant radio companies, creating, managing and executing radio lead/order generation programs. Thomas brings an extensive network of pay for performance Radio and TV advertising, call center management and remnant radio opportunities allowing MPW clients greater flexibility and increased ROI's.
Thomas is constantly seeking new and innovative ways to increase MPW direct response clients overall results testing advertising on new mediums including pod casts and Internet Radio broadcasting systems. Mr. Coolidge uses a very hands on approach in order to fully communicate clients needs and ensure sales goals are reached. Thomas Coolidge is a graduate from San Diego State University, receiving a degree in Economics.
